Variable Skewness Kurtosis
Speed of light -3.21 21.68

Excess kurtosis = sample kurtosis - 3 = 21.63 - 3 = 18.68

For a normal distribution skewness = 0 , and kurtosis - 3.

The results of the given data is very much higher then these should be for a normal distribution, hence we can conclude the data does not be approximated to normal distribution.
