1. The main traits and skills interviewers look for are:

  • Attitude- The attitude is checked at the utmost priority. Even if the person is underqualified still his approach towards the job is appropriate he stands a chance of selection .
  • Honesty- honesty matters a lot as faking in the interview can raise a question in the minds of interviewer about the credibility of the candidate.
  • Relevent technical skill- the person should be acquainted with the relevent knowledge of the feild.

2. The people skills can be demonstrated by :

  • A appropriate dressing during the interview which gives the first impression of your self to the interviewer.
  • A formal hand shake with the interviewer can show your confidence and approachable personality.
  • Stand besides the chair untill the interviewer says to have a sit . This shows the respect candidate has towards the interviewer.
  • While introducing your self candidates voice should be in an even tone.
  • a proper pace of the words spoken can help interviewer understand your views better.

3. techniques to attract and keep your audience’s attention are:

  • Start with a question. this interests the audience in the first instence.
  • Surprise the audience by saying something unknown fact related to the topic.
  • Always keep the audience guessing your next point .
  • Give as many relevent examples which the audience can relate to thier experiences or lifes.
