The list of employees needed for a dating website are:

Web Designer - The individual needs to take care of all the designing work that is required for the webpage to be functional and working. The individual will also be responsible to work for the enhancements required for the webpage.

Data Analyst - The individual will maintain and manage and analyze data and will provide inputs so that the business actually gains from the inputs that are implemented in the business. The person will be authority for any data related knowledge related to the business.

Business Analyst - This person needs to understand the business requirements that the users require and convey the information to the team and the respective departments need to work accordingly to implement such changes.

Architect and Designer - This person will be responsible for architecting the design of the total system which will help the organization to implement and achieve the organizational goals.

CEO - The leader who is required to guide the organization to success and has to be effective in providing ideas and methods that will be unique so that the organization possess a competitive advantage over others.

HR - They need to manage the employees working in the organization and act as a strategic partner and also as employee advocate who will be a bridge between the organization and the management and help the employees place the issue or any grievance they may experience.
