Answer #1

There has been various instances and situations in our life when we had to give priority to a particular value over another because of our interests and the expectation from us. I generally from a personal point of view choose responsibility and integrity most of the time and over promise keeping because I believe that responsibility and integrity are the two most important and mandatory and it should not be compromised at any cost. In my professional career I promised a colleague that I would be helping him in a certain technology he wants to learn and gave him a time also but at that time I had various deliverables which cam unplanned and I was made the point of contact by my manager hence I apologized to the colleague and continues to work on the deliverable because that is my responsibility assigned and I am expected to do so.
