EXPLANATION:

It was a group committed to finding ways to develop and reinvent what we have already performed effectively in our company. We had to develop production procedures to boost current production and mode of service delivery. I headed the community and we had to make standards both for some forward-looking organizations and for study. I coordinated, staffed and led the party.It promoted organizational objectives effectively. I think that it would have been better to create a specialized team with a well-designed hierarchical structure to do the job.
