A well known Management Guru once said that you can take my machinery, you can pledge my assets, you can take over my factory but just leave my Human resource behind and I shall raise a Business estate again. Well, such is the power of the Human Resources. Machines can only assist people but cannot take over the people. Corporate strategies help the Company achieve the goals through definite plans in line with the mission and vision statements but the strategies are meticulously planned by the wisdom of the Human resource. Artificial intelligence has still got a long way to go to replace the invaluable human assets. It is hence the collective power of the Human resources based on which a success or the failure of a Company is largely dependent upon. Therefore the understanding of human behavior at work is the single most important skill that a manager or a leader can possess in order to ensure that the work undertaken is accomplished successfully by aptly dealing with this form of resource. It is to be further noted that where machines fail, human resource brains take over the show. Hence, if one can handle this resource well and if the human relations in a given set up is respected and taken care of, only then can we brag about the success of an Enterprise otherwise, the failure of the same is almost certain. None leaders can work in isolation. They need a team or a group of followers to work with. That is how precisely, even an empire is raised. Thus, this is how human resource department support the Organizational structure and is all pervasive in nature. The Human Resource Team, in an Organization, train the employees and make them more competent to achieve the Organizational goals. They select the prospective candidate that possess the knowledge and potentiality to learn more within the Organization in order to ensure the success of the Organization. Human resources Department role across all the levels of management within the Organization is essential and the certain roles vary across all the levels of the management, based upon the level of training or interference actively required in them to keep the levels efficient at all times.
