If you worked in a management capacity in the family business, knowing the intend to leave the company in the hands of family members, would you continue working for the firm? Why or why not?

If I was working in management capacity in family business,I would choose to continue working for the firm.This is because we would be aware of the stability of the business and how the working is going on.Also ,most of the members working in the business would be our family members with whom we can have a trustful and authentic conversation about day to day operations.I would be able to be a part of setting up vision and long term goals.I can commit to work more.Also, family members would be ready to sacrifice their own finances in times of any crisis.Flexibility in working conditions is the major benefit a family business provides ie; we will be having a good amount of freedom in deciding our working hours,leaves,incentives etc.Apart from this there is a chance of family conflicts but can be managed if handled properly.
