Yes, the program has met my expectations because I have got to know the different insights about managing people at workplace and it has given me a perspective to look at things differently.

Besides that I have also learned the following things:

• It has taught me about relationship management and employee management.
• It has taught me conflict resolution.
• It has taught me how to manage employee turnover.
• It has taught me to work for employee satisfaction.
• It has imparted me with training of employees and looking for their development.

The goal to take up this stream was to study about people and their management at workplace and I believe I now have that perspective thus it has met my expectations.
