The norms of behavior among the manager and employees are great and they have a great feeling for each others.

The elements and drivers in the organizational Culture of Flywheel are as below:

  • Strategic Thinking: Flywheel uses the culture as an strategic initiative for the organization and this strategy drives the right organization culture at the organization.
