  • High Efficiency of Supply Chain - There is high efficiency of supply chain is because of advance technology for controlling the movement of products.
  • Availability of Global Supply Chain - It helps in providing business resilience from market specific risk.

2. Weakness - Weakness are the internal forces of Walmart that impose challenge on firm's ability. Some weakness of Walmart are given below:

  • Thin Profile Margin - This is the effect of cost leadership strategy. This strategy minimize the selling price that in turn minimize profit margin.
  • Easily copied business model - It is also a result of cost leadership strategy as it make Walmart business model which is easy to copy. It even doesn't contain any competitive difference except only size and profit.
