Total quality management depends on how well the company handles it's services and the supply chain. When it comes to service business the company can maintain good services with reasonable costs . The transport and other costs must be reduced and proper strategic planning is required to provide best services at reasonable price. Team effort plays a crucial role in this and coordination is very important. When the team works on the project and tries to give their best TQM is easily achieved .
