Answer #1

We can say that grade and quality can be a similar concept when we take into account the aspect of being able to measure any given product but with the fundamental difference that quality is the overall effectiveness as an aspect of the factor of the complete structure and function of the product while grading takes into account the technicality, specific features and a factor of measuring specific quality to effectiveness of the design factor of the product.

We can say that any business needs to make sure they utilize both the factor of quality and the grade of quality in order to make the use of the best possible metrics to measure the effectiveness of a give Product and make sure that the product is in its best implementation possible thus enabling us to make sure that our customers would be satisfied with it as well as the fact that the product conforms to be industry standard.
