Quality is the extent to which an item satisfies the requirements . Grade is the differences in the same product based on it's technical aspects . Grade is a category assigned while quality is a requirement. Quality can be ensured if we have a proper plan and the perfect measurements of the product. A good grade product can also provide good quality. Using statistical analysis , a map of all the steps involved and constant monitoring helps in ensuring quality.A perfect plan combined with experienced team and all the resources available will ensure quality planning .
