Answer #1

It is true that we gain insights for our own though processes, values and life experiences as we interact and learn from the people having different experiences and background and also having different stories from different diversities for their growth and cultural perception towards their life.

Social diversity could be defined as the successful community where the individuals coming from different ethnicity, religious beliefs, different race, socioeconomic status, geographical origin, language, gender or any sexual orientation come together and bring their different ideas, norms , knowledge, experience, background and interests all together for the benefit and upliftment for the diverse community.

The insights and the information that is being provided by the social diversity are as follows:

1. The knowledge of cultures: First thing which is important and first insight that is being provided to them is about the knowledge of cultures. We interact and we get to know about these diversities and cultures because we get to know about various insights and knowledge about the cultures and the societal knowledge. This would help us provide with what are the different cultures prevailing in the world, what languages are being used and what customs are being followed everywhere.

2. The knowledge of people and ideas: Having a knowledge about the diversities would help us getting to know about the people and the ideas prevailing in the world. Knowing and communicating with people around, we get to know what people are for, what ideas exist everywhere, what innovation and what others information are existing everywhere and it helps us to understand the best of ideal information.

3. Regular exposure to traditions and practices: At last, by getting to know more about the diversities would help to understand the traditions and the practices being followed by various cultures and people. This would help us understand various kind of people in the organisation, tradition and the practices where we get to know what are the practices which is making the people to grow.
