The diversity is the state of being diverse or variety or being composed of different elements. The characteristics of each aspect of diversity on the basis of culture, race and ethnicity is described below.

1) Culture, race, ethnicity:

Culture : is an abstract, dynamic,diverse and ever changing concept.

Race: is the way they look and considered as social construct.

Ethnicity: is a sense of peoplehood, when people feel close while sharing similarity.

2) Disability: is the inability to stay in a task, easily distracted.

3) Religious or spiritual beliefs: helps to find value of life, feelings, behaviour and mental health.

4) Gender: refers to characteristics of men and women, boys and girls.

5) Generational:is a group that shares birth years, age ,location Etc.

6) Sexual orientation: refers to a person's physical, romantic and emotional attraction towards other person.
