Answer #1

I think appealing a person's emotions is most effective in advertisements. People love brands or products to which they are emotionally involved and they can connect to. Emotional appeal drives people to make a purchase. When an advertisement can connect to people emotionally, the impression becomes long-lasting and it moves people to take action, which is to make a purchase. I think human beings are more emotional than logical. Behavioral science has shown that people respond more to emotions than logic. Emotional appeal helps in creating emotional responses. Therefore, I think emotional appeal is most effective in advertisements.
