What do you think about the "Ten-Step Framework" for leading change ? How effective do you think the framework will be when it comes to managing technology-induced change within an organization? What are the strengths and/or weaknesses of the framework?
The Ten step framework is highly helpful for leading several productive changes within the workplace. These steps are as stated below:
This framework is effective in many ways as it comes to managing technology induced change within an organizational context, with this framework, we can lead changes, assess changes and evaluate various impact associated with each changes. In some cases, not all changes are positive or productive, hence, some changes could be eliminated source and some changes could be implemented due to effective actions.
Again strength of the framework: here, we can get effective solutions with the changes and come with status quo challenging; hence, employees and other stakeholders are benefited. Further, there would be more revenue generation and profitability if changes are much effective for the organization.
Weakness: there could be external and Enterprise environmental factors that may also restrict right changes, hence, we may not get related benefits. Not all changes do bring right consequences.
