Even though the team member does not understand what is asked of her, she did not raise ask for clarification from the team. Some of the team members do not even bother to show up even though it is an important project to be delivered. Only two of the team members are actively working. Because of this poor teamwork, the deliverable of the team member's output is very poor with the team, in the end, not learning anything much from the project.
