Autoinducers in the Vibrio helps in quorom sensing.Which is a system of cell to cell communication which is stimulated in response to the cell density of the bacteria.

these are hormone like molecules and are of twoo types- Autoinducers 1 and Autoinducers 2.

This communiation system causes less watage of energy , as it causes inhibition of energy expensive activities until the cell density is very high.

Squids , Eupyrema , and Vibrio fischeri have symbiotic association. These bacterias are present in the light organs of the squid.

Vibrio fischeri has the property of bioluminiscence.
