Write three to five sentences response to this post in your own words .

I see where you are coming from when you said, " Some have argued that age is an essential factor to consider when determining the bare minimum because young people do not have the same potential and resources as the older people," which is very true. It can be hard to place limitation on younger people because they have not yet experienced the world or even had the opportunity to hold a job, let alone a career. Some younger people though also have a lot of different health issues. So should age even be a factor? Or even income? They are too young to attain an income, but their health issues may require some serious coverage. I struggled with this view because there are many different angles and aspects to include.

Answer #1

It is true fact that older age people have more experience of life and work potential as compared to the younger generation. But it is also true that elderly people have many limitations and health issues like limited movement, dependency on others, security and health issues, and other age-related problems.

On the other hand, you people are more energetic and enthusiastic about the world and they are more innovative and creative than older people. But young people also face many health related issues and other socioeconomic problems different from the old age adults.

People of the younger generation should be covered by health services and insurances because they have their own kind of issues, which are specific to their age.
