How does work-life negatively impact women who take advantages of these efforts?

Negativity in the form of Gender-typical stereotyping, body shaming, catcalling, sexual harassment or just any gender shaming is faced by women at work-place. Being from other discriminated minority groups or socio-economic (Low SES; single parent) may compound the gender effect. Even today, women fight for equality in pay, promotional opportunities, and respect. Adding to this pressure could be other expected roles that women are expected to play as Mothers, daughters, wives, family, members of a community, etc that may render work-life even more stressful
