Wolfs Law plays an important role in decding the life s[pan of artifical hips. According to Wolf's law , Bones in a human body or animal body will adapt to the loads applied to it. For example if a bone is subjected to high loads, the bone itself remodels and become stronger to resist this loading and as a result its thickness increase. If the bone is subjected to lesser loads, the density of the bone reduces. So while manufacturing an artifical bone/ hip.
