Answer #1

Answer- Distributive Justice- Distributive Justice refers to the fair distribution of goods or resources among a society. A group of diverse members of a community where inequalities are not found as outcomes would be known as a society guided by the rules of Distributive Justice. As we all know, the modern societies have limited amount of resources, so distribution of goods among them is a big question. The public assets need to be shared in such a manner that each member of the society may receive an equal and fair share. The benefits received through Distributive Justice may be in the form of income, power, wealth, education and other religious, social and economic activities.

For example- In an organization, the employees who are working in a team and doing the same job for equal hours, need to get equal salaries also. This is an example of Distributive Justice. If the employees would not get the equal amount ,there would be dissatisfaction among them and they would not be able to perform nicely.
