You are the CEO and Founder of a new tech firm named Pilgrim. This firm has developed software that when traveling, automatically translates, maps your course, and purchases any transportation needs everyday while abroad. The software eliminates the need for translations as you speak into your microphone and all of your words are translated into the native language of where you are traveling. Essentially, you can travel the world effortlessly and without the need to research or plan ahead of time. The software maps current events and understands your personality to ensure that your travels are safe and worry free. You need to quickly build a team, but most immediately, you need a senior manager to help you run the day-to-day business.

In this type of requirement I would use people who have been working with tourism industry as it requires understanding of multiple languages which would be heavily used in this specific scenario. Recruiting a person who understand other cultures and languages would be the best approach of implementing such a specific recruitment process as it would increase the activity of the specific application to develop a better standard in management and provide adequate level of support to the development of application on the basis of incremental understanding of of design and development of application needed in the respective environment.
