We can use this situation to prevent stagnation on our current job because the presence of a wild turkey; unfamiliar roles challenge executives but prevent stagnation as it leads to brainstorming and generation of novel ideas to tackle the situation. For example as an executive of a chain of restaurants; I had to interact with the people of China to whom I was totally unfamiliar and launch the new products; this was very challenging but after brainstorming I came up with the ideas which included changing the style of my sandwich according to the Chinese eating style such as (adding of Soy sauce, Brown Bean);this worked and my company got a strong foothold amongst the Chinese as well in the USA.
