1-------3 2-------6 3-------1 4-------7 5-------8 6-------2 7-------4 8-------5 Will a UTP cable that is wired as shown above: Meet the ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B standard? why or why not? Be specific. Will it work? Why or why not? Be specific, discuss speeds, if necessary. What if MDI/MDIX technology is present? Does this change your answer? Please discuss your answers in RX/TX pin connection terms (see textbook for RX/TX pin diagram). Ensure to provide as much detail as possible

I just want to know the first question but if you want to answer all you can thank you!

Answer #1

Meet the ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B standard?
above standard is not meet with the EIA-568-B as its not cross over or nor straight cable.

why or why not? Be specific.
there are basically tow cable types but its not from either.

speed is over 10 mbps to 100 mbps from both the cables.

The difference between the T568A and T568B pinouts is that the orange and green wire pairs are exchanged.
above shown is used as CROSS OVER CABLE CONFIGURATION which is used to connect homogenious devices as shown in the screen shot below.

if you have any doubt then please ask me without any hesitation in the comment section below , if you like my answer then please thumbs up for the answer , before giving thumbs down please discuss the question it may possible that we may understand the question different way and we can edit and change the answers if you argue, thanks :)
