The discrimination in the workplace is a reality and ethical and moral problem of the society. The discrimination occurs on the basis of gender or race, sometimes we can see the discrimination by labeling and pre-perceptions.

I think discrimination in the workplace or anywhere must not be justified because we have same rights and duties. The discrimination in the society creates social issues and problems and also affects the work efficiency and productivity. Workplace discrimination reduces the capacity and dedication of employees so that this would affect the work and work culture. The racism and gender discrimination also violate social and legal values so that we cannot support the gender or race discrimination.
