Answer #1

Title VII: This Civil Rights Act of the 1964 is a labour law in the United States that would outlaw the discrimination based upon the colour, race, sex, religion or national origin. It prohibits any unequal treatment for the racial segregation, for the employement and for the public accomodations.
I do believe thay these characteristics should be well protected in the organisation and the employement activity. Asking anyone about their colour, race, sex, religion or the national origin and discriminating the person on the basis of these characteristics is totally unethical because it is not required in the professional organisation or a culture. People and employees in the organisation should always be treated equal and also on the basis of the performance shown by then irrespective of what they belong to. The performance level, the knowledge, experience and the skills are the factors onto which you should judge a person and make a decision not the otherwise.

Title VII would provide the two categories for the protected activity:

1. making a charge, assisting, testifying or participating for any manner in the investigation, hearing or proceeding under Title VII.

2. opposing any practice that would violates the Title VII

This Title VII under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 forbids an employer from retaliating against any employee because of the employee's opposition for any "practice made an unlawful practice".
