Technological methods like blockchain helps in reducing discrimination in the company . Blockchain helps in hiding unnecessary and irrelevant details of an employee like religion which makes the manager consider every profile in an equal manner. Also technology helps in monitoring various procedures followed in selecting employees and training them so that no discrimination can be shown at any point. Artificial intelligence also plays an important role in the reduction of discrimination at a workplace.
