In the ted talks video How great leaders inspire action what type of leader is he referring to? Can we define this role? If so, do you think he is right? Why or why not? How might you respond to this leader?

Most of the successful leaders have the same way of performing their actions. The leader who inspires people is the one who doesn’t put forward fancy words and high manipulation’s. These are the people who tell people what they believe in and people following them are the ones who believe in what they believe in. Great leaders are the ones who inspire people making them believe in what they believe in.

He is referring to the likes of Martin Luther king, as well as apple or the wright brothers.

I think the speaker is correct. These people tell people what they believe in and leave people with a choice of following them, which lets people believe in their talks, letting them follow them and inspire them.
