Smart people are born Genius and gifted it involves many skills; skills might be inborn or acquired, however we can train our self to be smart. Skill requires practices and techniques and by doing that we can become smart. Creativity, memorizing, critical thinking and problem solving are the keys to obtain those acquired skills. People unable to perform well under pressure and anxiety, when we feel free we can perform well.

Yes smart people are intelligent their IQ levels are higher than from an ordinary person. Smart people has a correct answer whereas intelligence people solve the propblems and try to find the answers. Smartness changed through the year as they grow more or learn more or anatomical changes in the brain. Smartness does not explore by themselves we need to cultivate them by doing something or thinking or focussing on what we are doing. Smart
