As a practicing nurse, I will suggest the importance of patient-driven decisions in our organization and how it will lead to better health. I will tell them the advantage that how It will reduce the time to search the relevant information and hence increase the time spent on direct patient care.

The objections do I think the primary organizational leaders may have against the increased level of information flow and transparency of the information. Also, the disadvantages are that collecting information may took extra time.

Basically, it will add a plus point to the healthcare system. Doctors will know about their patients in more detail and this will lead to better treatment results in better outcomes.
