Organisation subsystem are functional units which helps organization maintain proper balance externally and internally. At present Facebook needs cultural diversity and balance system. This helps in reducing the ambiguity towards global and many issues such as net neutrality can be addressed. Facebook has lot of technological capabilities and now they required is basically on their sustainability practice.

Successful subsystem need proper balance between both environments, collaboration and support from.everyone, bridging informational gaps etc.Facebook in the last one decade enbance their reach across different communities., different ethnicity etc. The subsystem can minimise the gap of understanding and also reduce the negative wavess generating through it and utilise the platform for constructive things.
