I need a short answer for this question:

- What is an organizational wellness program? What is the goal? Do you think they work?

For ex.

"An organizational wellness program is a program that promotes health and fitness within the workplace. This could include discounted memberships to local gyms, discounted access to programs such as Weight Watchers, initiating weight loss programs, promoting healthy eating, or providing preventative health screenings. The goal is to increase the awareness of health and fitness within the workplace while also increasing the health and happiness of the employers. I think if they are established correctly and followed through with, then they are effective. Often, organizations offer weight loss programs, but they do not follow up with them. This discourages the employees to participate because there is no follow through. In addition, preventative screenings in the workplace are very beneficial because people who work 8 to 5 typically do not have time to go somewhere else to have the screenings done. If they are offered within the workplace, then it is convenient for the employees and it is beneficial for their health. I think the overall concept is a great idea for organizations, if they follow through with the wellness program."
