As you all know,The only constant thing in the world is Change. We need to keep changing in order to grow further and to achieve success on a continuous basis. Moving forward, we have decided to bring about certain changes in the organizational structure. The organization is moving from a flat structure to a tall structure as the handling of subordinates and giving proper attention on each has become little difficult. The best way to implement the change is to first take the confidence of all the stakeholders involved in it. This can be done by initiating a two way communication with the staff members and taking inputs from them in order to bring about the change smoothly. The entire staff force should be informed about the change through a formal communication medium. The two top performing Divisional Vice President would be retained at their current position and the other two who are not giving the satisfactory performance would be demoted to the post of Regional Director. They should be communicated properly about the reason behind such change , andthus their cooperation in implementing the change can also be anticipated. Change is an undeniable all-pervasive feature of our environment so an organisation needs to be dynamic and adaptive to ensure it remains in alignment with the constantly evolving needs and demands it is established to fulfill by making the required transition necessary for continued success and growth. Critical analysis has identified certain areas within the organisational structure and operational processes which necessarily require modification to be able to better align with present requirements achievement of optimised efficiency in every process. The organisational structure needs to be decentralized to provide more efficient management through delegation of control at lower levels for facilitating quick decision making with low response time for enhanced output, rendering all processes more time efficient by minimising bureaucracy. For transformation to be successful an organisation needs to move together. it is essential all involved understand the impact of the change on them along with the belief that it is a transition which is beneficial to all and requires cooperation and coordination across the organisation for making a successful transition towards becoming a more efficient organisation, with growth and subsequent success for all involved. The communication channels will be enhanced by facilitation of free flow of multi directional communication across the organisation, to ensure that all are involved and included in the transition process. For facilitation of more efficient management by experienced hands, two of the division and vice President would be detained at the current position and other two would be shifted to the posts of regional directors, as they have the required expertise and skills to manage and lead the lower levels through the transition buy directly interacting with the new departments within the changed structure, they would be in a better position to achieve growth in these positions which will provide them and opportunity to better explore the communication and strategic management skills. The major reason for implementation of change is to achieve continuous improvement and growth of the organisation to ensure it is a line to the changes identified within the external environment and isn't conference with the long-term goals and mission and vision of the organisation. This is designed to help an organisation maintain and retain competitive advantage essential to its sustenance and growth. This requires optimisation of every process on a constant and continuous basis for maximizing efficiency of every individual and process resulting in gaining unimportant competitive edge and growth for all involved.
