1. Discuss, in detail, the programs/policies/processes that your organization will implement to contribute to the organization’s sense of being a part of its surrounding community and the reciprocity embedded in that relationship.

iii. Stage/Level 3: State/Federal Government- inclusion through state/national programs for disadvantaged groups

The organisation under consideration is a not for profit nongovernmental organisation NGO that provides professional certification to the unemployed youths of India and offer them a job placement in the various sectors of companies in accordance with the specialisation and skills of the youth that has been acquired by him through the certification program.

Level 1: organisational diversity:

NGO employs the trainers and the non teaching staff members that are from varied culture and those who are engaged together by following a matrix organisation. NGO fosters the diversity by formulating a team that includes the trainers from the various parts of the country and from international cultures as well. NGO do not engage into the activities of differentiating among these team members and these team members are responsible to understand the cultural aspects of unemployed youths of not only India but of any country in the world. NGO is open to provide the certification program to any of the needy unemployed youth.

Level 2: Corporate Community Inclusion:

NGO works in close association with the community and maintains a relationship and network with the individuals of these communities so as to identify the youths who are in need of the services. NGO also promote its social cause while conducting various programs in association with the community.

Level 3: State/Federal Government- inclusion through state/national programs for disadvantaged groups:

The certificates that are being offered by NGO is certified by the government of India so as to ensure that the certificate of NGO is valid in any part of India and in the foreign countries where the youth may seek employment on the basis of his skills. NGO helps government in implementing its program for the provision of employment to the less education and unskilled youths of India by imparting skill sets among them and then offering them with the job offers.

Level 4: International inclusion through international collaborations

NGO is planning to collaborate with the governments of foreign countries so as to extend its services to their country as well. As such NGO is offering placements to the youths in the international market as well but it wants to cater its services to the unemployed youths of international regions as well so as to improve the standard of living of whole of the world.
