High quality job descriptions and job specifications provide clear and transaparent roles and responsibilities of employees. It provides Do and Don't during his tenure with organisation. It help to bring out the culture of orgnaisation to potential candidate of organisation. A clear, elaborate and quality job description and job soecifications can make life of employees and employer much easy. It make clear boundary line between legal and illgeal, ethical and unethical. With clear and quality job descriptions and job sepcifications Human resource department and organisation has provided the clear mandate to employee for his behaviour and responsibilities. Something illegal, unethical done by employee can not be diluted/misguided in clear job responsibilities and can save the organisation from many legal cases.
