- Managers ensure a full understanding of their company's
expectations for managers in general, specifically those placed
within your assigned role.
- If a manager is uncertain about any specific policy, procedure,
or other matter he should clarify and do documentation.
- Provide ethical training to the employees.
- Hiring ethical employees by personality tests or
situation-specific questionnaires.
- Managers act ethically and are seen to act ethically.
- Impose the ethics program, such as by punishing violators.
- Encourage the employees to raise the issue they are
facing.
