From your perspective, what are the top three characteristics that an ethical corporate leader must exhibit? Explain WHY (2 pts.)

For a successful leader there are top six characteristics which he/she must have.

1. Honesty: The leader must be honest for his work and organization because your employees are a reflection of yourself, and if you make honest and ethical behaviour a key value, your team willow you. For example: Bill gates are a very good leader he is very honest about his work so that his business is successful.
2. Communication: Knowing what you want to speak is clear in your mind. You have the capability to explain someone which you have in your mind. Training new employees and creating a productive work environment all depend on your communication. If you are a good communicator then your team is not hesitated from you to ask any question or solution. For example: Bill gates have good communicator he has the abilities to explain what he thinks in his mind.
3. Confidence: There are lot of situation comes in future the things are not going according to the plan so the most important thing is not to panic. Keep up your confidence level and assure your team member don’t panic for this situation just focus of your goal. As a leader, by staying calm and confident you will help your team members.
4. Positive attitude: You need to motivate your team member toward the continued success of your company and keep the energy level up. Keep the office mood a fine balance between productivity and joyfulness. If your team is feeling good and chances are they won’t mind staying extra hours ti finish the work.
5.   Intuition: When you are leading a team there are some situation when the team members are looking to you for the solutions or guidance. You have good intuition power to think instantly what is happening if we do this.
6. Inspire: When a company at a start-up stage, inspiring your team to see the vision of the successes to come is vital. When your team member and you all are in work but the success is not come so you need to give breakdown to your team and then start again for the work.
