The organisational culture is one of the important concept in the organisation. It is the culture which impacts the employees and the employer in turn. The employees should be engaged in this so as to help the prganisation grow. The employees are involved in culture in several diffeent ways. In any festival, they apply thier ideas and the ideas are given importance by the managment so that each one coming from different background feels part of the organisation. The employees are encouraged to participate in cimmunity engagement program where thet spend thier one day with the people of the society. They help in educate the children and helps in tree plantation. All these cannot be possible without the help from management. They involve themselves heavily as part of this program.
