Ethical Issues for Managers: as a manager, identify the moral or principles you most relate to and describe why.
There are seven moral principles of a manager; dignity of human life, autonomy, honesty, loyalty, fairness, humaneness, and the common good. However, the one I most relate to and is the most important to me not as a manager but as a human being is; humaneness. It is very essential for a manager to be humane towards fellow workers. They may be your colleagues, subordinates, people who are the lowest level in the hierarchy, however, they are first human beings and the titles then follow. Treating others and considering them first to be humans is the basic principle of humaneness. A manager must be considerate towards his employees or co-workers. Treat them well and avoid any evil.
