The primary role of a project manager is the ensure that all the processes in the project is being executed as per olan and they are not lagging behind as well. The project manager is considered to be one of the most important entity in the project and the success of project depends quite a lot in their actions and impact as well. The scheduling, budgeting, monitor, control, etc are all controlled by the manager and he or she needs to be very much effort very in their approach so that the decisions taken are fruitful for the project. With Agile methodology becoming popular, the roles are getting even more widespread and organizations may need to ensure that the managers possess such skills to carry out the functions. If we assume that the project manager is not effective, we will observe that the project is behind schedule because the leader is very important because impediments will arise and the leader or the manager needs to have problem solving abilities to tackle such situations for the betterment of the project and organization as well.
