Hence the role of correct grammar makes it easy for the professionals to understand each other and also get an idea of the language skills of the student in the process.

Here an example of the application for taking a day off at the work or school is well deserved. If the grammar is incorrect in such a communiqué the day or the time of being away may be unclear to the reader which is a big issue. The clarity of time, scope, and the way the communications is been done have to be well framed to make the reader clear about the intent or else the ambiguity would persist.

The people may have difficulty in expressing properly an event or incident to the needful people. When such happens the audience would get a wrong or unverified or unclear message which would be ambiguous. So the errors have to be avoided for a clear message.
