A project manager is a leader in a project, thus the onus is on him to lead in a way that establishes the ethical standard in the project workers. A project manager's duty is to align both organizational values with the ethical approach of the project management to ensure that ethical behavior is advertised and adopted within the project members. A project manager ,in simpler words ,has to act in a manner that is recognized by the members and must be ethical in approach to set an example before others.
