When and Why does a PM need to provide extra motivation? (Project management)
Under unrealistic assumptions, schedules or requirement of time management, a PM needs to provide extra motivation. Since the risk factors might be high for such assumptions, we can say that there is a higher need to have a motivated workforce to actually deal with the problem first hand. Unless a company plans on crashing a to meet the deadlines, unrealistic goals which are taken in assumptions without proper adherence to the preset variables presents such issues in a greater capacity. We can, therefore, assume high-risk projects to be the best example of this scenario.
