Schedule management is a list of project-related activities and project deliverables where the starts and the finish dates as well as the duration of the activities are scheduled. Schedule management contributes much to time management. In the agile schedule management, the project activities are break down into smaller section and they are released for testing and quality assurance. On the other hand, traditional project schedule management is where the project is run in a sequential cycle.
