Organizational culture can be understood as cultures and values that exist within an organization which in turn plays a major role in the progression of the organization. It is an incredible aspect in an organization through which many positive and credible strategies are implemented successfully in an organization. Every initiates or steps taken within an organization must comply with its present culture.

1. Organizations should be more flexible in accepting change and create a work friendly environment which in turn encourages good communication and in turn production.

2. Organization culture brings all employees to a common platform where they are introduced to a set of common norms to be followed.

3. Employees in common platform will easily accept the strategies that are to be implemented and clear doubts within themselves.

4. Unified and strong culture will motivate them to work together and attain the targets and goal.

5. Organization culture along with strategy implemented will energise them to compete easily in global standard and competition and attain success.

These two aspects should work hand in hand and positively in an organization.
