• Is there a need for the Effect of Organizational Culture on Supplier Satisfaction?

Organisational culture has a very impactful effect on the supplier satisfaction. How you are treating the employees of the company and how are you following the organisational code of ethics determines how well you would treat the external stakeholders like suppliers for the organisation. Thus, there is an importance for studying the need of how the organisational culture impacts the supplier satisfaction.

• What is the gap(s) in the literature that needs to be addressed and why is it important for the gap(s) to be addressed in the Effect of Organizational Culture on Supplier Satisfaction?

The gap in the literature that is needed to be addressed that how well the organisational cultural effect is having a consistent and concrete impact on the suppliers is not mentioned. The general and vague statements creates gap which doesn't tell the importance and why the same cultural events should be practiced to make sure the supplier is satisfied. It is important for all the gaps to be addressed within this literature to make sure the readers and the future management authorites could use the same information to learn about how a satisfying culture can be maintained within the organisation to have healthy relationships practiced with the suppliers. This would help in making sure that the supplier is satisfied with the price and treatment they are being getting, their support and also enriching their lives by supporting and uplifting them all together.

This would enable everyone in the management and research feild to understand how to make the organisational culture more impactful and inclusive, where every stakeholder feels included being it employee or supplier and every individual feels empowered towards growth and development to be in the organisational as a continous process.
