One of the keys to implementing strategy is selling the plan through the organization and then implementing it. Unfortunately, there are unhealthy forces at work in many organizations. Please provide an example of a situation where you have faced these kinds of obstacles and explain how you were able to overcome them. Do you have any advice for your classmates?

Majorly large set of plans get unexecuted due to following unhealthy forces :

  1. Micromanagement from senior leadership
  2. Office politics
  3. Resistance to change
  4. Bureaucracy
  5. Organisinational imbalances.
  6. Conflicts between teams.

The only way to overcome is to facilitate collaboration and Transformational Leadership which helps imbibe integration and cross functional amalgamation to reduce barriers.
