Culture is defined in a corporate terminology as a set of rules and core values up to which an organization is working. For example, humble, customer focus, integrity, honesty are the part of a corporate culture with which an organization functions.

It defines work environment of the company, its ethics, mission, and visions etc.

Culture is an important part to be analyzed for an organization to change: Any change in the organizational functioning and its pattern directly impact its culture and its people working in the organization. It has a direct relationship. Any change in the organizational functioning and working style will directly hamper its people and its culture so it any change must be formulated keeping an eye on its impact on the culture.

Why is it important to monitor and control the outcomes of the organizations change initiatives/strategy?

It is important to monitor the outcomes because it can give an idea how employers and workers going to respond to this in shorter run and in a longer run, how it going to affect the stakeholders and its impact in the market and associated business. So it is required to monitor the outcome always after implementation of a change.
